Vinh Binh makes the best egg rolls around DFW. Those with inside knowledge truly understand the experience; the uninformed, however, entirely miss out. Their eggrolls are crispy, flavorful and perfectly filled. They cannot be defeated and thus they are invincible. The shop's understated simplicity is entirely charming. The food is superb and consistently well-prepared. Vinh Binh's eggrolls are always worth the wait.

First time! They take card if you spend over $10.00 now as of 12/21/24. This place on a Saturday early afternoon was PACKED! I learned you can call ahead to place an order. I did not know this, so I had to wait in line about 10 minutes, place my order for 20 egg rolls, and wait another 20 minutes. A woman tried to order 60 egg rolls and was told to come back in an hour! WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!!!! No sauce provided but not needed! Crissssspy shell. Juicy, flavorful inside. HOT HOT HOT right from the fryer. I do not know how these could be any better. The small, Asian woman taking orders in the front was so gentle with an anxious and excited crowd. Egg rolls are so good, they brought together fans from all backgrounds into this small place. It was fun chatting with regulars in line. People picking up orders were even placing orders for next week! Dozens of egg rolls flying out the kitchen door. Overall, a fun experience that might be off-putting for people without patience but the reward for waiting is DELICIOUS!

Turnover is very fast and I'd recommend reserving your order 30 minutes in advance (or even sooner during holidays) before the order queue stack up. The egg rolls are best eaten within an hour to preserve the crisp and heat. They are undeniably fresh and made to order. A must try for anyone wanting authentic Vietnamese egg rolls.
